Arabian gazelle

Species: Mammal of the Bovidae family

Habitat: Lives in the mountainous and desert regions of the Arabian Peninsula, particularly Oman, the UAE, and Yemen.

Characteristics:

Small compared to African gazelles.

Light brown, sandy-brown in color to aid camouflage.

It has short, slightly curved horns.

Behavior: Lives in small groups, is fast-moving, and very wary of predators.

Diet: Desert plants, grasses, and shrub leaves.

Importance: A symbol of Arabian wildlife and is considered an endangered animal due to hunting and habitat loss.
