Our guided tours offer a fun and educational way for students to connect with nature and learn about animals in a hands-on environment. Can I cancel after booking?

You can change the date by agreement with the reservations department. In the event of a full cancellation, 50% of the package price will be deducted.

Do you have restrooms?

Yes, they are available, including an arabic toilet seat.

Is the park wheelchair-accessible?

t’s not fully accessible, but we receive a few cases weekly and carefully cooperate with them. It’s preferable to have an assistant.

Does the park accommodate people with special needs?

Yes, but prior coordination and clarification of the situation are required.

Do you have card payment machines?

Yes, and we also accept cash and transfers.

How long does the tour take?

Approximately half an hour to an hour and a half for families and an hour and a half for schools.

Is there a prayer room in the park?

There is a mosque for men and another for women located a few steps from the park.

Do you have a permit from the government authorities?

Yes, Palmera Botanic Garden is licensed by Muscat Municipality and the Ministry of Agriculture and has a permit from the Environment Authority. It is also registered with the Ministry of Education as an outdoor activity and trip, so you don’t need prior approval from the ministry before visiting.

Do you receive tourists of various nationalities?

Yes, and it is preferable for them to bring their own translator if their language is not English.
